Our client's Direct Procurement department is looking for a Category Buyer Electronics. The department offers the best class procurement services to stakeholders within its company. Between these services there are supplier- market- and spend analysis, contract management, diverse sourcing activities, and governance towards its current and potential suppliers. Our client works in a fast-paced global environment and strives to break new ground in its operations.
Job Assignments
• Leading and supporting cross-functional sourcing projects in the SW & Electronics Area, including preparation, implementation, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract management.
• Supporting, developing, and implementing supplier strategies, creating, and maintaining commercial relationships with both suppliers and stakeholders.
• Perform market analysis, prioritization, and identification of optimal negotiation tactics.
• Handling business in the production.

• Regarding your education, you have a Business or a Technical University degree (or similar).
• Related to your previous working experience, you should have experience from Commercial and/or Engineering work (2-5 years), as well as commercial negotiations and legal knowledge.
• It is important that you have business expertise combined with high integrity and that you can prioritize your own work and consistently deliver on time.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
• You should also have great daily negotiation skills.
• It is relevant for the client that you have an honest ambition to join a dynamic team that is strongly committed to transform and progress the consumer experience in the mobility industry at a global scale.
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you know other languages such as Mandarin or Swedish.
For the client, the competence and experience are relevant, but the personality and passion you have for developing and embracing unknown future challenges are key factors for succeeding in this position.
