ÅF continues to expand and is now looking for an OT (Operation Technology) Security Architect to lead and further develop the OT Security area within the ongoing industrial digitization, also called Industry 4.0. OT Security refers to information security and cyber security with a focus on OT, as well as its interaction with IT. ÅF is one of the leading players in the field of industrial digitization in the Swedish market. This includes everything from the formulation of visions and strategies, the introduction of organizational and method changes to the implementation of technical solutions.
The digital transformation leads to a growing focus on increasing profitability and developing the business for companies through digitization of their production processes. This enables increased internal efficiency and the creation of external data streams for interacting in a digitized world. This in turn generates an increasing number of connected and collaborating systems, which entails more challenges in order to ensure the information and facilities' stability in real time with the support of OT Security.
In our day to day business we help our customers use the modern techniques like Cloud Platforms, IIoT, Advance Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Digital Twin/Digital Thread, SCADA/MES/MOM, real time computing (PC/PLC) to realize their vision of Industry 4.0 and Digital Plants.
With 16.000 employees allocated in offices in over 50 countries all over the world ÅF successfully accomplishes a large amount of projects related to clients, processes and productions within industrial digitalization every year. This forms a broad platform for our OT Security Architect, enabling opportunities for interesting and developing projects and tasks.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a solid background within Automation or Industrial IT and have a genuine interest in operative OT and IT solutions.
Valued characteristics and competences:
Technical knowledge in specific OT/IT information security areas. Firewall, routers, sniffers, "honey pots".
An understanding of existing OT/IT information security standards.
Knowledge in IT and be able to work together with IT departments.
Solid knowledge in automation and/or industrial IT.
Be able to advise colleagues in the OT Security area.
Team player
You are a brave and devoted team player with extensive knowledge in digitalization and industrial engineering and you want to contribute to our customers projects. You take initiative and like working in a creative environment together with devoted colleagues. You are dedicated in what you do, structured and value problem solving in groups. Since we work in teams with various competences where we work together from analysis and design, to development and commissioning with the client, great social skills are important. You are the engineer that makes a difference.
Your academic background is a Bachelor or Master degree, but most important is your engagement and extensive experience in digitalization. Your business English is fluent both verbally and in writing and you communicate easily with both peers and upper management. Being professional is key and you always act upon the best interest of the company. You are within the business known for your strong integrity and you share ÅF's view on ethics and values. A Swedish driver's license is required.
