OSS Project Manager We are looking for an OSS Project Manager withexperience inOMC/OSS, Oracle database or network management system and full understanding of e-Tom model and ITIL process.If you are considering the challenging project manager position this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. Main Purpose of the Role:
Oversee the OSS aspects of Huawei MS contract including:
• Act as PM for delivery of the transition of customer OSS system and platform,keep the service level availability and reliability levels
• Give OSS transformation plan and implement the plan.
• On time delivery of products and services as contracted.
Job Description:
• Oversee operation of OSS platforms/systems.
• Consulting and give suggestions to transition and transformation of MS
• Make and deploy the OSS transition and transformation plan.
• Where appropriate, assisting MS team in the resolution of high impact faults.
• Oversee acceptance by the Huawei Managed Services group of new/upgraded OSS infrastructure.
• Assisting the Deployment of HUAWEI OSS systems.
• Submit OSS solutions to MS team when required.
• Act as PM to deploy HUAWEI OSS system (incl. server, storage, network, etc.)
• Summarized the requirement from customer or management service team and feedback to R&D.
• Define OSS management process & procedures with management service team.
• Design the required OSS reports to meet requirement of MS delivery.
• Interface with R&D to customize requirements from MS delivery.
• Report to the MS Project Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in computer science, communication or equivalent.
• Full understanding for the Managed Services Targets.
• Full understanding e-Tom model and ITIL process.
• OSS Project management experience is the most important.
• Be able to travel in CEE and Nordic region frequently
• Desirable experience with Huawei OSS including deep understanding for the different series of 2000 product family with all servers’ functionality.
• Well understanding and hands on operations with different interfaces and designing the OSS database.
• Be able to overall view and design the network HUAWEI OSS system as per business requirement.
• At least 3 work experience in OMC/OSS and 1 year work experience maintenance Oracle database or maintenance network management system.(previous management position as OSS leader is a plus)
• Be able to negotiate with customer to implement new system features and configuration.
• Very good communication skill, Oral and write English.
