For our client, a company within the process - and packaging industry, we are looking for a Resource Planner with dynamic and organized skills to schedule the Technical Service Operation field force for a defined Technical Service Operation area. Your main tasks will be to plan and schedule the service deliveries and installation projects on time while you maintain a high level of quality and stakeholder involvement. You will therefore have responsibility for that the right competence is assigned to the right demand in a timely manner and at the right cost.
In this position, you will consolidate demand for resources in your assigned area and execute resource planning and scheduling. This means that you will define, develop and deploy visual management for resource planning and scheduling. You will also lead analysis of short and midterm capacity constraints and coordinate capacity increase. To fit into this position it is important that you can ensure strong collaboration between service planning and avoid optimization of a specific area only.
To fit into this position it is required that you have:
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience within the field
• Presentation skills
• Bachelors degree
• Independence and high level of competence
It is also preferable if you have Excel experience and a Planning background.
The contract will initially last until 2020-12-31 with the possibility of an extension if all parties are satisfied. You will during this contract be employed by StudentConsulting, and hired to our client, based in Lund. It is a full-time position, Monday - Friday with regular office hours. Travel days per year is expected to be 5 per year.

You have no problem to deliver high quality in time, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers. Your work is organized and structured and you are fluent in English. You can work independently but you are also a team-player than can solve tasks in the most efficient way. You have experience from resource management and resource prognosing and are very familiar with Microsoft excel.
We also require all candidates to be fluent in English. A valid working permit is required for non-EU citizens.
