Challenge
Would you like to work in an international environment and gain great insight into the bidding process in various regions? As Proposal Analyst, based in Västerås, you will coordinate and drive the proposal development work together with motivated and supportive colleagues. Your teams will consist of representatives from Sales, Product Management, the Supply Division and Customer Service here in Sweden. Together you will develop bid proposals of various complexity and size aimed at markets in both Europe and Sweden but also the Middle East, India and Africa. Often you will find yourself planning parallel proposals, all with set deadlines. Count on an interesting and fast-paced challenge with us.
Requirements
You have experience from managing smaller teams and to work with IT-tools such as MS Office. If you in addition have experience from SalesForce.com this is qualifying. In this position a background in proposal writing as well as project management will be advantageous. Since you will work with colleagues and clients all over the world, your English skills must be excellent, both in speech and writing. Any other language skills are also of great value as Proposal Analyst.
