Holding at least the Master's degree at university level
Speaking and reading fluent Japanese, French and English
Ability to handle all mathematical calculations needed for the pipe organ design, building, and temperament calculation
Knowledge and experience on organ maintenance including tuning flue and reed pipes
Good knowledge and some experiences on historical metal pipe making, key action making
Good knowledge on theory and some actual experiences of organ pipe's voicing and tuning (both on flue and reed pipes)
Good knowledge on the historical organ building style and related music in northern European style especially before the 19th century
Ability to handle many fine hand tools on woodworking and metal pipe making necessary to build new organs and to restore historic pipe organs
Ability to play the pipe organ with Pedal
Good knowledge on music theory
Precise and scientific communication skills with aforementioned 3 languages with potential clients and our company's personnel are essential
