As a Orderbook Support at Research & Development, will you have a front-row seat into supporting the complete department into structuring and scheduling our work requests and plan for our future. Support R&D organization in planning and structuring the work to conduct cutting-edge research and development to advance our technology and capabilities and mission of sustainability.

Skills and Experience
• Organized, self-driven, positive, and collaborative with interest and experience of an environment consisting of highly skilled engineering teams.
• Curious, pro-active and likes structuring data.
• Business-oriented with a holistic mindset
• Rich experience in processing data in Excel
• Proficiency in English
• Education or experience in finance or similar is considered a plus.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Orderbook Support you will work on different tasks including:
• Strongly contribute to the growing structure and added customer requests in R&D's Orderbook and keep it accurately updated day-to-day. Including an active support in evolving the Orderbook to new tools and systems.
• Ensure good health of the Orderbook and guide the organization in the structure and workflow.
• Be an energizing part in the strong working pair with our R&D Orderbook Responsible through your active support in meetings, quarterly reviews, and regular follow-ups.
