To reach those targets we do not only need an excellent product and services portfolio, we also need to work efficient and professionally in bringing the vehicles and services to the final customers. We want you as an Order to Delivery Development Manager to strengthen our team.
Order to Delivery is one of Scania's core processes and Order to Development (BVL) is responsible for the development of the Commercial Order to Delivery process in Scania's retail network.
At BVL we are working with the local markets to improve their processes and really make the change where it makes a difference. Driving the shift means for us a new way of working and within this core process we have a huge potential to contribute to that improvement. We make sure that the retail and distributors have a clear method for improving their processes and to be flow efficient. We use local best practises to create global standards and enabling tools. It does not end here - we see huge potential ahead with digitalisation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence to find new ways of how to measure, analyse and improve the processes - always with the customer in mind.
We are a diverse team of six persons working with development and implementation projects as well as supporting the retail network. We work in close cooperation with our Business units and Dealers as well as the Industrial part of Order to Delivery.
Job description
As Development manager at Order to Delivery Development, BVL, you will have a unique insight into, and an opportunity to further develop how order to delivery is managed at Scania, from a corporate level and all the way out to the businesses in the Global retail network.
We offer an exciting opportunity to work with development and implementation in a global environment in a consultancy like role. The role cover the complete commercial Order to Delivery process for products and services. As this is a global responsibility you will have a lot of international contacts and the possibility to travel.
Your profile
To succeed in this role you are a dedicated, ambitious and result oriented person who are able to interact with and want to support our Business Units and Dealers around the world, as well as other functions at the Head office. You are self-motivated, well-structured and have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work. You are a team player who works well together with others but you are also able to work independently. We believe that you have a university degree. If you have previous experience of order to delivery, logistics, commercial or international experience it is a merit, but most important qualities are personality and mind set.
