As Order responsible at HVDC Service, you have overall technical and commercial responsibility for your orders of spare parts and smaller service jobs (the orders can contain everything that is installed in an HVDC plant). Your responsibility runs from order hand-over until the customer has received the order in accordance with the contract. You will also make purchases and handle these against the suppliers. Our customers are all over the world and you have many contact points both internally and also externally with customers and suppliers.
Your responsibilities
Manage orders and purchases with various sizes
Review documentation from sales department/customer
Register and handle orders and purchases in the order system
Follow-up completion and communicate ongoing orders/purchases internally as well as with customers and suppliers
Ensure payment from the customer
Collaboration with customers, suppliers and colleagues all over the world

Your background
As a person, you are driven, thorough, structured and positive
You are customer-focused and good at communicating and collaborating with others
The work involves contacts all over the world, which requires that you master English, both orally and in writing. Swedish language is a merit
You take responsibility of your own work and actions and feel comfortable working with many tasks in parallel
You are persistent and well-organized in your way of working
Computer is a natural tool in your everyday life
