We are looking for a competent and professionally strong Order Manager for the Business Support department in our Swedish Global Field Service organization (GFS).
You will be a driving force as a key member of a diverse team with different backgrounds, where you are in daily contact with customers, salespeople, service technicians and partners. The service department is a central element in Schneider Electric Sweden, working across departments with a focus on managing spare parts, customer projects and service interventions.
What will you do?
Handle a wide range of administrative and coordinative task within the department (GFS)
Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues
Tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the correct information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
Act as liaison between customers, sales, production and distribution departments
Analyzing and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
What will make you successful?
An administrative background with good financial and commercial understanding. In addition, you are experienced working with B2B customers.
It is important that you thrive with a dynamic and diverse setting, with deadlines, and that you can make your way in a large international and complex organization.
You have a structured approach to your tasks, know how to collaborate across a large organization and willing to support when needed.
Strong IT skills in systems such as Business Central, Salesforce, SAP and Office 365
A good technical understanding and can introduce yourself to products on an overall level
Speaks and writes both Swedish and English
