Join our Sales & Orders department within HVDC Valves. We manage tenders and deliver electric power converters and optic measuring devices for HVDC and GPQS applications.
The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.
As order manager for optical measurements, you will be responsible for the deliveries of orders and tenders to our customers.
Your responsibilities
Project Manager for our tenders and deliveries of Optical Systems within the HVDC- and SVC-Valves applications
Prepare and deliver tenders and projects to the right cost, delivery time, risks and scope
Lead a team of engineers and together with them ensure that the correct design is tendered and delivered
Work closely and communicate product management, purchasing and production functions
Structure and drive communication for your projects and tenders towards our internal and external customers
Continuously work on further improving our calculations, processes and quality assurance
Your background
You are structured, driven and like to continuously improve processes and come with new ideas
You thrive in a position where you have the opportunity of creating networks, cherish human relations as well as working independently towards clear deadlines
Proactive attitude towards identifying and executing tenders and improvements
Project management experience and/or a business- or engineering degree
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office
It is seen as an advantage if you have knowledge in SAP and previous experience from working with SVC or HVDC applications
