In this role you will be part of our customer support team, with colleagues in various parts of the world. Together with us at Tobii Dynavox, you will be part of giving people a voice - delivering world-class communication devices.
The role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the full order cycle - from receiving orders from the sales department, resellers and through our webshop all the way to making sure the order has successfully arrived to our users.
Your days will be filled with
Placing, updating and monitoring orders in ERP system (Visma)
Replying to customer requests within Europe regarding placed orders, deliveries, lead times or missing items.
Monitoring incoming information in the CRM and ERP systems.
Work in close collaboration with sales and logistics to make sure that the process goes smoothly and order information is up to date.
Create new product packages in ERP system.
Controlling return orders, returned to our warehouse.
We are looking for someone who
2+ years' experience working in ERP systems is mandatory for this role. If you have experience with Visma in an order management that is a great plus!
Great verbal and written communication skills in English. Skills in German, French and/or any other language is highly appreciated
Leadership experience is a strong merit
To be successful in this role, we think you are organized person with a solution oriented approach - ensuring great service towards our customers and users. We think you like to be in a coordinating role, where you will handle many different flows of information and having daily contact with other departments. You have an eye for detail yet interested in seeing the bigger picture and curious to understand the background to why we do things how we do it. We think you are process driven and having an "continuous improvement" attitude - not afraid to question current processes or ways of working.
