To our office in Gothenburg, Sweden we are now looking for an experienced manager to lead our Order Intake Team.
Position Description:
• Lead Order Intake Team to maintain, improve and develop
performance.
• Manage and coordinate Order Intake Team to optimize response and delivery time.
• Ensure knowhow and professional competence development within assigned team.
• Manage orders internally and externally.
• Continuously develop Order to Delivery Process and Systems for improved efficiency and transparency.
• Periodic reporting of order intake.
• Ensure the quality of documents and customer service.

Education and Experience:
• University level, or equivalent, within areas of Logistics or Engineering
• Min. three years of working experience in similar role
• Working experience of SAP
• Working experience within the Marine sector is a plus
