As an order handler at Force Measurement you will be an important part of our operational hub. You and your colleagues will be the point of contacts for our customers when processing orders and handling various customer requests. Our customers are located all over the world and we work closely with our local sales units located in different countries within the global ABB group.
You will have access and cooperate with an internal cross-functional teams in Västerås, such as order engineering, purchasing, production and shipping. You can expect varied tasks and good opportunities to evolve.
Your responsibilities
Order administration and handle general customer service requests.
Coordinate customer requests internally and communicate with order engineering, sourcing, production, and shipping.
Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
Contribute to better order handling tools and processes.
Your background
At least 2 years' proven experience/skills in similar roles.
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory, written and spoken alike.
You are self-confident, driven, customer focused and with the attitude that everything is achievable in a team.
You need to be comfortable in handling many tasks at the same time and with many points of contact. In this role you will be a vital part of the operation hub.
Good leadership and communication skills on top of problem solving and analyzing abilities are success enablers in this role.
Good to have experience with Office tools, SAP, Super-user, various IT-systems.
