As employee within Whirlpool you have the opportunity to work with colleagues all over the world from our office in Stockholm. The team in order desk work together to give service and support to our Trade Partners and Sales contacts in the entire Nordic market (including Denmark, Finland, Norway/Iceland and Sweden) by phone and e-communication. This is a great role for you who are comfortable in a multicultural environment, who likes to work in a demand driven role and to be in a diverse team. You will work mainly towards one of the Nordic countries although the team also works cross-country to support each other when needed.
Key tasks:
• Providing Trade partners and sales function with product information, stock balance and prices
• Managing orders and other admin support
• After sales of white goods and spare parts
Profile:
• Experience of working with customer service
• Experience of work where you need to multitask while having a conversation with your customer/colleague
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Basic understanding of SAP
• Good knowledge, both in speech and writing, of Finnish, Swedish and English (to work mainly towards Finland and Sweden) or Danish, English and basic Swedish or Norwegian (to work mainly towards Denmark and Norway)
