For Cargotec Sweden AB in Bjuv, we are looking to employ, on a temporary basis for one year, an order administrator for Business Area; Bulk Handling Services.
Bulk Handling Services (BHS) is responsible for operating a service and spare parts business for approximately 160 unloading units that have been delivered all over the world, and in recent years this has expanded significantly.
ArbetsuppgifterAs an order coordinator you will administrate customer orders for BHS, i.e. orders for procurement, spare parts and inspection. You will send purchase orders to vendors as well as monitor deliveries of these orders and send order acknowledgements and invoices to customers as well as prepare for delivery of spare parts. The position requires contacts with customers and representatives all over the world and close cooperation with colleagues in the department.
Vem är du
To succeed in this position we expect you to have a degree at secondary level as well as experience in working with similar tasks. We expect you to be able to manage and drive own work, be well planned and have good knowledge in English, both spoken and written. Experience in working with ERP system SAP and ability to read mechanical drawings is considered a merit.
