hela Sverige For Cargotec Sweden AB in Bjuv, we are looking to employ, on a permanent basis, order coordinator/Forwarder for Business Area; Bulk Handling Services
Bulk Handling Services (BHS) is responsible for operating a service and spare parts business for approximately 350 installations that have been delivered all over the world, and in recent years this has expanded significantly.
As order coordinator you will administrate customer orders, from receiving the actual order to arranging all forwarding documents in order to ship the same. The work include sending purchase orders to vendors as well as monitor deliveries of these orders and administrating and filing all relevant documentation. You will have contacts with customers and representatives all over the world and have close cooperation with colleagues in the department.
We are looking for someone with a degree at secondary level in administration or equivalent work experience who has good knowledge with regards to international recognized delivery and payment terms, as well as L/C?s and other relevant bank guarantees and shipping documents are advantageous
The position requires you to have good social skills and experience in working with similar tasks as well as working in close teams and you are curios and customer focused. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
