Publiceringsdatum2016-02-03FöretagetBravura is currently looking for an Order and Logistics coordinator to Blueair. Blueair's core business is design and manufacturing of air purifiers, with products sold in 64 countries globally. The company was founded in1996 with 45 employees in their headquarters in the Centre of Stockholm. They also have offices in China, India, Hong Kong and USA. You will be part of the Order and Logistics team, which consists of three people in Stockholm. If you are a person with a great interest in supply chain, logistics and also have the will to influence, you have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge within order and logistics within a global company.
Dina arbetsuppgifterYou are responsible for the European market making sure our air purifiers reach the right place at the right time. This involves coordination of the Chinese and Swedish production providing feedback to our EU warehouses in Stockholm and Hamburg and customers in our European market. Examples of tasks are to coordinate orders and deliveries from EU warehouses to customers including assuring shipping instructions, documentations and invoicing. Also, you coordinate and execute warranty cases, give supply input for inventory fulfillment and keep daily correspondence with EU warehouses and customers. Furthermore, the role includes inventory screening and analysis of EU warehouse for ERP system updates. You manage filter club shipments to end customers and E-commerce order coordination with warehouse and end customers. You will also be responsible to ensure a high service level throughout the logistical process.
This is a role that will allow the right person to develop professionally within the area order and logistics. To take on this assignment, you will need a good understanding of and have a strong interest for supply chain and logistics.
KvalifikationerEducation:
• Academic background in Service and Logistics or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and experience:
• 1-3 years of experience of order handling, logistics and sales support, customer service i.e
• Great understanding of supply chain and logistics
• Good experience of working in different order management systems
• Good organizational skills
• Great experience in Office, especially Excel
Language:
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
Following experience/knowledge is strongly meriting:
• Experience in NetSuite
• Any European language such as German is a plus
