Then come and join First Reserve to work as Order Administrator. We are looking for someone to join our consultant team as soon as possible and start with a 24-month assignment at Samsung, located in Kista.

DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB

• As order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our customers mainly within below areas:

1. Order handling
2. Price information
3. Delivery information
4. Forecast

• To manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession
• Monitor order status, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor order and forecast status in order to make correct short term plan
• Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within area of responsibility
• Be responsible of short term planning (AP1 1-4 weeks)
• Coordinate forecast planning made by Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers and synchronize with short term plan and order management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Order handling in SAP / EP
• Build long-term relation with customers:

1. Act professional and representative
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers
3. Service minded
4. Active drive improvement of order process with customers

• Responsible of price updates (orders) in SAP when price changes
• Responsible of update orders when delivery situation change
• Short term planning (1-4 weeks) together with KAM and customers in GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management).

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years related experience from any of these areas:

1. Order administration and/or sales (i.e. junior key account manager)
2. Sales planning
3. Logistics area
4. SCM area
5. ERP systems

SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Office package, mainly Excel (high level)
• High analytical skills and interested in drawing conclusions and initiate actions from numbers and trends
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, preferably from SAP
• Process skills, thinks and works with a strong process approach.
