Are you our next Order Administration star? On behalf of our client, a large international consumer electronics company, we are looking for an Order Administrator.
This is a long-term consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.

About the role
As order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our customers mainly within below areas:
• Order handling
• Price information
• Delivery information
• Forecast
You will be:
• Managing the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession
• Monitoring the order status, communicating any issues to customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring order and forecast status in order to make correct short term plan
• Analyzing, identifying and implementing process improvements within area of responsibility
• Being responsible of short term planning
• Coordinating forecast planning made by Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers and synchronizing with short term plan and order management
Your profile
• 1-2 years related experience from: Order administration and/or sales (i.e. junior key account manager), sales planning, logistics, SCM, ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Office package, mainly Excel
• High analytical skills and interested in drawing conclusions and initiate actions from numbers and trends
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, preferably from SAP
• Process skills, thinks and works with a strong process approach
