To our Gothenburg (Särö) office we are looking for an:
Oracle Applications Business Analyst - Supply Chain / Distributions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scope of responsibilities applies for local site and remote support of EU/Asia Danaher facilities
• Perform production support activities for Oracle 11i application for supporting users, help troubleshooting application issues and develop creative solutions to support supply chain and distributions related ERP business processes
• Support corporate Oracle eBusiness Suite projects in the relevant areas
• Participate on Kaizen event for business process reengineering and guide functional business leads change management activities
• Define functional requirements and develop functional design for custom modules, produce and maintain project plan commitments and coordinate activities to meet multiple project deadlines
• Perform systems analysis and set up configuration on the Oracle ERP application in framework of global change management process
• Design new interfaces and extensions for Oracle applications
• Lead and actively participate in all phases of Oracle 11i applications cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis to functional and technical specifications, system design and development, testing and implementation
• Develop strong partnerships to fully understand supply chain and distributions process analysis and solution design, and work with business users to identify issues/requirements and prepare recommended cost effective solution
Education and Experience:
• Five to seven (5 - 7) years experience as business analyst or consultant, which includes, implementation experience or user helpdesk application support with the Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i or R12. Experience should have been demonstrated in an international environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in several SCM/Distributions modules: Order Management, Shipping, Advance Pricing, Quoting and RMA/Quality. Additional knowledge in Oracle Inventory, Purchasing or Receivables is beneficial.
• Experience with Oracle Warehouse Management and iSupport is a plus.
• Experience with analytical / business intelligence tools is a plus
• A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good command of English verbal and written style
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of an international team, yet work independently on complex problems.
• Ability to travel internationally.
