hela Sverige We are looking for an Optimization Data Analyst to identify, analyze and define solutions for scenario optimizations and solution improvements to contribute in preventing financial crime.

Your future responsibilities
You'll join Transaction Monitoring Solutions, where we are responsible for improving Nordea's automated transactions monitoring solutions and the processes around them. It is our strong belief that organisations have a vital responsibility towards the society's well-being and we strive to be a global leader within the field, and stay ahead of the game, by ensuring that compliance regulations are met.
What you'll be doing:
• Analysis and identification of optimization possibilities for implemented scenarios.
• Identifying and driving improvements of the current Financial Anticrime platform and processing support tools.
• Management of data quality, mappings, and sourcing.
• Supporting incident handling as a process specialist.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in AML/CTF and the regulatory environment.
The role can be based in any of the Nordic capitals. Welcome to a team working in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment, where standards are high and where deadlines can be short.

Your profile and background:
• A couple of years of relevant work experience within IT or investigation related work.
• Thorough, analytical and able to navigate in a highly complex area and are eager to learn more about the regulatory area.
• Communicative and used to navigate in a large organization.
• A Bachelor degree in a technical discipline such as Business/Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics, Data analysis.
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• SQL intermediate level.
• VBA basic / intermediate level.
