We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to pursue ongoing and future projects within our service area, as well as initiatives that cut across several divisions and service areas.
In your role as project manager you inspire and motivate your team leader and you are a strong team player. We want you to have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions. You like structure, planning activities, and can also see the big picture.
Working together with our offshore consultants, and distributed teams is part of your daily business and there will be some travelling
Work Task
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and skills
• Plan, organize, and deliver according to plan
• Work closely with the business to capture their needs and requirements
• Understand the system solution within SAP
• Work closely with our IT Supplier who builds and delivers the system solution based on H&M requirements
• Responsible from the implementation of releases, IT solutions, IT services both for our own systems and standard products
• Attend and represent IT procurement and drafting contracts
• Be responsible for the entire project cycle, including following up deliveries and handing over to maintenance
Specific Competence
• SAP Finance experience is mandatory
• genuine interest and curiosity for leadership and project management
• 3 years of experience of project management within IT and large projects
• Good communication skills and able to communicate at different levels - strategic, operational and tactical levels
• It is merited if you have online payment competence.

• We would like to see that you have a degree in Computer Science or similar.
