Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking experienced professionals in road construction for various positions, depending on your skills and expertise.
Your responsibilities will depend on the role and may include:
Engineering & Design:
Developing technical documentation and blueprints.
Conducting calculations and selecting materials and technologies.
Assessing the condition of existing roads and designing reconstruction solutions.
Construction Work:
Performing earthworks, concrete, and asphalt paving.
Laying road surfaces and installing curbs.
Installing drainage systems, bridges, and tunnels.
Machinery & Technical Operations:
Operating and maintaining construction machinery (excavators, rollers, asphalt pavers).
Measuring and controlling road surface smoothness.
Supervision & Management:
Coordinating construction crews.
Ensuring work quality and compliance with technical standards.
Maintaining safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
• proficiency in English or Swedish at a level sufficient for work;
• minimum of 3 years of experience in road construction (any relevant position).
