hela Sverige The person would be responsible for leading the commercial, organization go to market and financial strategy for OPI and other related brands for Coty in Nordic markets. The person directly supports the OPI distributors in commercial execution and business process management. The person would be responsible for defining the go to market and organization strategy for OPI in Nordic. The person will be responsible for managing custom executions across strategic top and secondary customers, including collaborating on project strategy, creating and delivering customized promotions, supplying marketing content for customer vehicles, managing spending within approved budgets and communicating project status and deliverables across functions. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, action oriented, collaborative, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with attention to details and able to motivate a multifunctional team and external customers to progress projects.
Minimum 3 year experience in the Beauty or Cosmetics industries
MBA degree (Business, Marketing, HR or related field or similar discipline)
Minimum 3 year experience in working with distributors and go to market strategies in Sweden or abroad
Minimum 3 years experience in working in salon professional beauty category
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Bias to action to deliver projects complete and on-time, with ability to motivate others to support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate across functions and to end customers.
Ability to work collaboratively and enroll multi-functional team both internally and externally.
Basic analytic skills to create realistic size of prize and ROI analysis, plus analyze program results once complete.
Must have 5 years of Corporate/Office experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
