Acciona Infrastructure is now employing an Operative/Strategic Purchaser. It's a permanent position and you will be located at their local office in Stockholm city.
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing purchasing for your site according to the established procedures and under the guidance of the Project Manager, and according to the guidelines set by the Director of Purchasing, in order to get the best possible conditions for cost, quality, service and delivery.
You will direct and oversee the operation of the purchasing in the assigned site.
• Carry out tasks for the entire procurement process, and monitor team activity as indicated in the procedure guidelines.
• Maintain an updated list of potential suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work with the Project Manager in preparing Purchasing Plan.
• Give proper instructions so the order is placed in accordance with the guidelines of the work and the model established for each case setting.
• Assure compliance with procurement procedures and standards.
Skills
You have a degree in Civil Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, in projects that have been carried out in Sweden.
As it is an international company; excellent Spanish, English and Swedish skills, both written and spoken, are required. You also have experience in purchasing in Sweden.
