hela Sverige Cybercom has a long history of providing security services. We are in expansion phase as clients have great confidence in us as advisors. We are already around 70 specialists in the Cybercom Secure business area and tight group in our Malmö working with SDLC.
We are looking for an operative secure development lead who is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the daily operations of the secure development team here in Malmö. The ideal candidate has a couple of years experience from the security field but who also has worked in either a development, or in a product ownership role.
Responsibilities of the role are
Work under the supervision of Secure Development Area Lead to coordinate and execute team and service development activities.
Operational planning for the Secure Development team, including maintaining roadmaps and deliverable timelines
Assisting with managing and implementing marketing activities both external and internal
Ensuring team delivers projects within allotted budgets and timelines.
Identify and implement mechanisms to streamline information gathering and speed the process by which key information is disseminated to key stakeholders
Initiate, drive and participate in efforts to educate and collaborate with other colleagues on the philosophies, processes, and practices found within the secure development team
Review and recommend changes to current product development processes
Coordinate with Secure Development Area Lead in preparing product design documents, specifications, roadmaps and needs.
Skills we'd like to see:
Engineering and design knowledge - a strong design skills and should understand how development components and processes work together both functionally and technically
Creative skills - creativity is also central to this role, as we are always looking to expand our offering, and therefore the ability conceptualize new products and improvements and determine the look and feel of a product's design is important
Problem-solving skills - in this role the candidate will frequently need to assess issues with developed or suggested solutions, so effective problem-solving skills are vital
Team collaboration - the team is in a startup and expansion phase, the candidate should have the ability to coordinate between different projects, teams and ideas while also ensuring that projects are delivered on budget and on time.
Communication skills - effective written and verbal communication in Swedish and English is important in this role, in order to provide instructions and reports to team members and other stakeholders
