Job description:
Our custormer is a global IT company with a business critical site in Alingås with around 30 co-workers.
They work with many of the world's largest companies and government organizations to secure and keep their mission critical operations running at peak performance; streamline and transform their data centers; enhance support to their end users and constituents; and modernize their enterprise applications. This is done while protecting and building on customers' legacy IT investments. As a global IT-provider, serving the offerings include outsourcing and managed services, systems integration and consulting services, high-end server technology, cybersecurity and cloud management software, and maintenance and support services.
The role of Operations Technician is focused on the Datacenter with Windows and Citrix applications.

Required skills:
2+ years of relevant work experience
Good Windows Skills, up to current levels, Installation and maintenance, patching, AD, GPO, DNS.
Printer driver and print queue management.
VMware skills, or at least a working knowledge of VMware.
Work unattended on Incidents as well as some changes.
Swedish and English written and verbal
Teamwork is an integral part of the comany's working culture.
Preferred skills:
Citrix skills would be very advantageous
IT security

Start: As soon as possible (with respect to notice period)
Location: Alingsås
Scope: Full-time
Working language: English & Swedish
