To our IT department in Hestra, Sweden, we are looking for a Operations Support Analyst.

Are you customer oriented, structured and have experience in computer network communications and support?
In this position you will provide first line IT support services on servers, computers and computer networks. You will be a member of the local IT help desk, troubleshoot, problem solve and use industry-standard best practices to resolve support issues. You will work in close connection with the IT Business Support organizational leader, with business users in Northern Europe, as well as with other IT departments.

You will be a team member of a Global IT organization, operating in Europe as part of a true dynamic and multinational environment with well-established technical and operational standards.

An example of the tasks you will be responsible for:
• Support users in Northern Europe by answering help desk requests and call.
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot company?s virtual and physical servers and individual user?s computers in Northern Europe
• Install, setup, configure computer hardware and software according to company?s standards
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot company?s network hardware and software resources in Northern Europe.

We expect you are a strong and open-minded team player with good communication skills, self monitoring, structured and have experience in IT troubleshooting and problem solving. You have good business knowledge, good technical skills in Microsoft Windows and Windows-based environments, and willingness to apply in learning exciting new technologies. You probably have at least one year of experience in the field after graduating either from Engineering or equivalent experience.

Additional knowledge in Citrix solutions, Cisco network devices and operating systems, Linux/Unix environment, scripting languages and techniques, would be preferred. Familiarity and knowledge of SAP and client-level technical support of SAP, Microsoft Axapta / Dynamics AX, or Aptean IMI would be a further highlight.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and a larger role within the Global IT organization over time.
