About the position
We are looking for our new support member to join our operations team who will work closely with our customers environment. The right candidate will work to improve and strengthen our day to day responsibilities towards achieving customer operational excellence.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most competitive applications in the FX (Foreign Exchange) industry. We have built a unique end-to-end suite where each component is programmed with the purpose of being part of the whole solution.

Responsibilities and most important tasks:

• Manage interactions with our customers and Technical Account Managers.
• Ensure that critical customer issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
• Triage, diagnose customer inquiries.
• Upholding written operational procedures and documentation.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with Linux environments preferable/CentOS
• Strong desire and aptitude to become a well-rounded support professional.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written

Meriting

• Working process based on ITIL framework
• Database knowledge (PostgreSQL)
• Secure ways of communicating (SSL/TLS, VPN)
• Experience from using with relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence
