hela Sverige It is an exciting time for you to join us, SSC and Satellite Management Services are currently in a transition phase, which brings both interesting and challenging work tasks. Operations department within Satellite Management services are now looking for a driven and curious person to join the Operations Support team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
We can offer you an interesting role as Operations Support where you will be responsible for customer service as well as coordination and quality assurance of our service delivery. You will work closely together with our Operations team and with the customers. This calls for pedagogical and good communication skills.
WHO YOU ARE
To enjoy the position as Operations Support you like working with customers in an international setting. You are well organized, driven and a team player. Since you will work with both costumers and colleagues globally, you have good skills in Swedish and English and you appreciate taking an active role coordinating the service delivery.
