Operations Specialist
The Concept business unit is dedicated to continuously develop the IKEA Concept to be unique and relevant, available and known across IKEA organisations. The IKEA Brand direction guides and inspires us to actively work to position IKEA as a brand with a meaning, in the minds and hearts of more of the many people. In Knowledge area Operations we are at the moment working on creating content outlines in three topics: Recovery, Payment process and Quality and are looking for a person with profound knowledge from one of those three areas. As an Operation specialist within Inter IKEA Systems you play a vital part in setting the agenda in the continuous development of the IKEA Concept. We are looking for a flexible, positive and skilled person who enjoys working in a development and innovative environment with colleges throughout all organisations connected to the IKEA brand. You are energized by opportunities and have a highly service minded personality. Overall it is very important that you, at all times, act as an ambassador of IKEA culture and values. In your role as an Operations specialist you will play a vital part in: .setting the IKEA Concept foundation, development projects and ideas for innovation .securing a strong outside-in, customer-centric perspective, share and use trends, insights and business news to inspire and impact the current and future business agenda .leading and supporting action described in the business plan .demonstrating how to be in tune with time in a constantly changing wold, contribute with speed an agile way of working
