About the role
As an Operations Skills Development Coordinator at BAT Fiedler & Lundgren you will be responsible for providing all Factory employees with access to continuous development of skills by providing training and development programs. This includes providing support in talent and performance management processes, providing know-how in Learning & Development in Factory key-projects and in line with agreed regional strategy and local business need. You will create and support internal trainer structures (including SME matrices) and its development.

Your key responsibilities and duties will be;

Operational / Business accountabilities
• Implements an Integrated Learning Strategy, aligned with the Global and Regional E&T strategy and in line with local business needs.
• Identifies, assess, and implement best learning and development practice methodologies.
• Implements and improves multi-skilling capacity within Malmö Operations.
• Drives soft, general, and technical trainings for all Factory employees, starting from TNA - training needs analysis through yearly and monthly training plan, training execution and evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Support management of Factory training budget in cooperation with department budget holders and finance team.
• Regular reporting of training progress to Factory OLT and engaging key-stakeholders in development initiatives (e.g. Cell Managers), in cooperation with L&D Executive.
• Coordinates the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) implementation
• Provides IWS and AM training and coaching to production teams

Management accountabilities
• Supports the local implementation of the Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Education & Training pillar in close cooperation with the local and regional IWS organization.
• Ensures integration of all required learning and development processes.
• Ensures that methodologies towards the execution of Learning and Development affect business process optimization.
• Develop and implement assessment methodologies for accurate progress tracking and measurement.
• Providing support to managers in developing their teams (e.g., Team leaders in production).

Relationship accountabilities
• Build trust and establish authentic relationships through own behaviours and support actions to enhance relationships between entities.
• Provides support and assistance to line managers in the process of monitoring the performance of employees (mid-year and end-of-year assessments).
• Actively liaises with external training suppliers and partner agencies.

Innovation accountabilities
• Seeks and utilizes customer input in design of operational Learning and Development products and programs.
• Develops new training concepts, systems, and methods in line with global / regional training strategies.
• Leads/facilitates training programs (e.g., modular / component level programs) and workshops according to project / business needs or according to training calendar.
• To act as E&T back up pillar owner and to support the effective performance of E&T pillar team to be compliant to all the phase requirements.

This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role is a consultant assignment with starting date as soon as possible. The office is based in Malmö.

About you
We believe that you have previous relevant experience from the industrial sector and thrive in an international environment. You understand the context of industry and organization and balancing between priorities of various stakeholder. Furthermore you have a high degree of autonomy while still being a team player. The role operates as the part of the global / regional training and development environment as local responsible for operations skill development in Malmö Factory.

As a person you are responsible, well-structured, driven and have very good oral and written English skills. You have excellent communication skills, stakeholder, and relationship-building skills, proactive and result-oriented. "Can do" and cheerful attitude with a flexible approach are essential.

Requirements for the role;

• University degree
• Experience in FMCG environment and/or tobacco industry is a big plus
• Knowledge of facilitating trainings and shaping the L&D policy of an organization, including basic knowledge of coaching, capability models, and change management
• General business knowledge
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or World Class Manufacturing
