hela Sverige As part of our new Wasa Business Unit we are seeking to engage an Operations Project Professional responsible for different Supply Chain projects across our plants in Filipstad (Sweden) and Celle (Germany). The role will report to the Operations and Manufacturing Transformation Director for Wasa and will be ideally based in Filipstad (Sweden). You will work closely together with all Supply Chain functions (Purchasing, Planning, Logistics Operations, Technical), Product Development and Marketing to enable set industrial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the preparation of documents and economic/financial assessments in order to evaluate feasibility and costs of product innovation projects and industrial investments projects
Define and propose Operation Capex budgeting, according to set guidelines and based on factories proposal
Follow up all over the year actual implementation Capex Plan vs Bdg and plan possible recovery plan or forecast update;
Perform analyses of operational plant performances data (KPIs + economics), formulate/recommend diagnosis and improvement plans
Assist and facilitate the plants, in collaboration with the Group functions, to utilize procedures and systems and define internal benchmarking processes among the plants
Lead and Follow-up some specific project implementations
Key Accountabilities:
Directing and managing the innovation and industrial projects development.
Defining project scope, goals and deliverables supporting the business goals, in collaboration with project team, marketing and all involved stakeholders
Developing and monitoring project financial and resource requirements
Evaluating existing project management practices and recommending improvements
Monitoring and controlling the Capex utilization and the benchmark versus targets and the investment plans
Coordinating directly the activities related to Capex/Cash-out process
Your Profile:
We are looking for a person who will grow with us within Supply Chain in the coming years. You are structured and attentive to details yet able to cooperate in designing and locally control and follow-up several industrial projects, by communicating with and coordinating a lot of different stakeholders.
You are someone with a high learning agility, who prevent problems, sees opportunities and suggests solutions in collaboration with others functions and involved different stakeholders
You have strong communication/negotiation skills and enjoy working with different people and cultures
Working across different cultures is something you really want in your daily job.
We believe you are a managerial engineer by education and gained some relevant experience from operations during your studies.
You are fluent in English, while Swedish and/or German is considered a plus. Naturally, we trust that you have strong calculation and project management skills.
Your ambition and passion is to work on industrial food environment, possibly looking for future management related roles.
