Job Description
To our client we are now looking for an Operations Manager within design! Our client have workforce distributed around the world, but for this role it is preferred to be within the EMEA region, STO, UK, DEU or other. Our client operate within the Eastern Standard and Central European time zone and for collaboration ask that you be able to work across those timezones. In the role you will work closely in support of the Head of Design Platform responsible for the daily operation of 60+ employees. Your mission is to coordinate team rituals and ensure the design team rhythm is aligned. Your tasks will among others be to maintain our clients key collaboration tools, support the planning and execution of onboarding processes, assist with event planning and embrace culture. You will also support the team for training and learning oppurtunities and support all needs around work environment.

Furthermore you bring innovative thinking to operations and can demonstrate examples of systems you implement that create long lasting impact.
Salary
Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2022-01-03 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-01-03 with possibility of extension. Our client have workforce distributed around the world, but for this role it is preferred to be within the EMEA region, STO, UK, DEU or other. Our client operate within the Eastern Standard and Central European time zone and for collaboration ask that you be able to work across those timezones.
