Job Description
As Operations Manager at our customer, you will be driving the Graduate Program focusing on how to deliver the best experience. You will work together with internal stakeholders to develop the program and set a scalable structure. During the year they will plan and organize training and social events for the graduates. In this role you will work closely with the Employer Branding team to promote the program at university fairs and social media. Examples of tasks is: qork closely with the competences to set learning objectives and trainings to achieve them, be the go to person for the graduates during and their leads during the graduate program, connecting the dots on everything regarding junior talent, organize training and social events during the graduate program, keep track of budget for the program and creating the Junior Talent Playbook Required Skill-set.

You will need to be able to multitask and set priorities based on business needs and impact. You enjoy working in a supportive role with other people. You can prioritize your work and be able to quickly change focus.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in the end of November, and the assignment is expected to run until May 2022, with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
