We are looking for a hands on Operations Manager to join the team based in the Netherlands, to handle our Nordics projects for capturing panoramic images. In this role you are responsible for managing customer expectations, project delivery and planning the operators for these projects, but also technical customer support and consultancy. A summary of tasks:
Project Delivery:
• After receipt of a license agreement verify panoramic image deliverables against product portfolio and product specifications and verify if deviations are agreed with sales management
• Report in project initiation document (PID) milestones and deliverables
• Verify project initiation document with account manager
• Monitor and report project progress to account manager
• Handover deliverables to account manager and obtain discharge for project
Cyclorama Collection
• Assigning operators to cyclorama collection projects and recording systems
• Daily progress management of cyclorama collection
• Daily processing of car disks with raw images
• Progress reporting to account management and international cyclorama project management
Technical Support and consultancy:
• Authorisations and consultancy on user management, data layers, configurations
• Service desk, Help desk
• Troubleshooting
• Standard and tailor made user training
Support and Reporting
• Support the Sales team with change requests
• Weekly report on project status to Regional Director and Account Managers
• Recording of client interactions in CRM
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelors degree Engineering
• At least 4 years working experience in a project/operational environment
• MS Office, MS Project
• Native speaker Swedish, fluent in English
• Knowledge of Mobile Mapping and GIS
• Experience with Asset management
• Project management skills
• Experience with customer interfacing/commercial skills
• Ability to work independently, while engaging with the international team
• Work from our office location in Zaltbommel, the Netherlands until Nov 2015
• Travel to clients required
