You will be part of the operations team reporting to the team lead. This position is based in Stockholm.Your Tasks - Paint the world greenYou collaborate closely with our local Swedish bus partners and develop long lasting relationships based on mutual trustYou ensure the best quality of services offered to our customers by our bus partnersYou keep in close touch with our partner companies supporting regarding all operational topics and take care of the driver trainingYou support along the way keeping the operational every-day business running: this includes partnering with local bus companies, ensuring appropriate departure times, creating contracts with related supplier companies (phones, GPS), contact with traffic control, amongst other key tasks. Your main focus will be on the Swedish bus market and you will support future growth within the Nordic regionYour Profile - Ready to hop on boardNative level Swedish speaker and fluent in English, knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is a plusPrevious experience in transportation services and/or the operations field is a big plusHigh motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with usSelf-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness paired with an analytic mind that has easy to learn and define new systems and processesAs a large part of the work is communicating with our partners, being a peoples-person is a plusExcellent analytical and communication skillsBachelor's degree, or similar, ideally in the fields of transportation, logistics or other technical studies preferred.
