We are looking for a DRM Operations Manager to join our amazing team at our HQ, Stockholm.

How you will make an impact

As the DRM Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our growing Digital Rights Management organization. In this role, your main focus will be to lead and manage a part of the team and make sure that efforts are streamlined and aligned with stakeholders throughout the organization. You will also scope and set improvement processes, drive initiatives and oversee the execution of our strategy as well as build key relationships internally and externally to ensure that we have the necessary systems and processes in place to scale our DRM operations with the growing responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manager for DRM Coordinators and Team Lead Copyright Support

• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision

• Cross-departmental stakeholder in projects overlapping our Copyright Support/ DRM Operations division

• DRM Operations representative/stakeholder when entering new platforms

• Hiring and onboarding new colleagues

• Help build and maintain a sustainable infrastructure and team

• Distribute workload/initiatives within the team

• Accountability for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics and reports

• Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution

• Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues involving stakeholders and escalate to the appropriate level when required

• Initiate and scope projects for the team to focus on, and for DRM Business Analyst to execute on

We believe you are a true problem-solver who thrives in an environment where you are responsible for finding solutions in a creative way. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, energetic, and possess a strategic mindset.

We believe you have:

• Experience from working in a similar role

• Experience in leading/coaching others

• Interest, and preferably experience working with YouTube/Meta/TikTok or similar platforms

• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus

• Experience from working with a support function and working close to a product team is a plus
