Operations Manager ChangeGroup Sweden AB
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Stockholm Sweden to build a career with one of Europe's most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage the 'day to day' activities of a Foreign Exchange Bureaux and oversee the management of its staff. The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 36 months managing a relevant retail business,
• Strong leadership and people management skills, this may be through motivating and empowering a team of people.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staff tensions and conflicts effectively.
• Ability to set and exceed targets.
• Flexibility in working hours based on the needs of the business
Reporting to the General Manager Northern Europe, the successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of a new bureau in Stockholm.
In return for your commitment, we'll offer you in-depth training and development along with a competitive Salary.
Successful candidates will be expected to work 7.5 hours a day 5 out of 7 days a week including weekends.
