In this position, you will be joining the new and developing commercial operations team in Funnel. In the team, we share the goals of the commercial team to deliver on Funnel's company growth goals. The Operations Team supports the commercial team through designing efficient and robust processes, improving organizational alignment within and across teams, increasing the predictability of our business results, upskilling commercial teams to improve their effectiveness, removing roadblocks and challenges and enabling data-driven decision making. As a team we are learning to work agile meaning we collaborate on projects, minimize the number of "In-Work" items and aim to deliver regular small changes that take us closer to our desired future state.

As a part of the Commercial Operations team you will be responsible for:

• Driving organizational change within commercial teams beginning with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
• Partner and collaborate with leaders in the commercial team to solve problems, deliver results and build accountability and ownership
• Helping to define the operations team's scope, processes, methodologies as we grow as a team
• Analyzing and understanding current practices to define, document and communicate new aligned processes across commercial teams
• Training, coaching and leading workshops for commercial teams
• Facilitating data-driven decision making through gathering, analyzing and presenting relevant commercial data

Role Expectations:

In this role, you will be part of defining a new function, have a significant impact on the business and influence key business decisions. In this position, you will lead through influence rather than directly managing a team. This role requires a shift to a big picture and long term mindset as in many cases a specific request from one team will have cascading impacts on others. Task management, prioritization and are key as requests received by operations are almost always presented as urgent.

We are looking for someone who:

Preferred experience includes:

• Experience in leadership or management roles within a commercial team
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience working in Lean/ Six Sigma / similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience leading workshops, trainings or similar
