We are looking for an Operations manager to our head office in Vika, Falun. In this position your overall focus is to lead the team to secure and improve safety, quality and delivery on time. The team includes final assembly, overhaul and warehouse services for the Coupler business.
An important part of the job is to manage competence and training to develop the team in order to meet our business targets as well as proactively lead the continuous improvement work, applying best practice and continue the ongoing implementation of LEAN-tools. You are responsible for budget and cost awareness is a necessity for keeping the competitiveness.
You report to the Global Operations Manager and will be a member of the Global Operations Management team.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• University degree within the area of the responsibility
• Experienced leader preferably from industrial environment
Personal skills:
• A clear and communicative leadership
• You have a proactive approach to delegate and motivate a team
• Self-motivated person with a structured approach and an open attitude
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Swedish
