Successful candidates will have a good understand of strong 2-factor authentication. An overview understanding of modern cryptography, for example PKI vs. Symmetric is required. He/she should have experience of using the salesforce.com CRM in a live environment and regularly use more than 1 desktop operating system. He/she should be able to demonstrate success and experience of handling technical support requests over the telephone and other internet based channels in English, be fluent in spoken and written English and have managerial experience running a logistics team.
