• Safety, work environment and environmental work within own organization
• Managing the department in accordance with Essity's core values and visions
• Quality and delivery
• Result and costs within own organization
• To drive process development in line with best practice
• To identify process and product optimization
• Short, medium and long term planning of mass and mother reel availability
• Networking with other operation managers to develop and improve the Essitys processes and working methods

Are you our new employee who wants to be part of developing Edet Mill?
We are looking for someone who wants to work as an Operations Manager within pulp and paper making.
The team you would be managing as the Operations Manager consists of about 80-90 employees divided into three production teams. Each one led by a RST-leader. The operations manager is part of the site leadership team and reports to the Site Manager.
Edet Mill is a paper mill using mainly recycled paper. The mill with approximately 400 employees has an annual production of 100,000 tonnes. The different departments are pulp/papermaking, power plant and waste water treatment, converting and logistics.
Key Competencies
We are looking for someone that has:
• A university degree in process, engineering, papermaking or similar
• Several years of experience in leading positions within industrial or production environment
• An extensive network
• Good leadership skills and coaching abilities
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and oral
• Good IT knowledge as well as good presentation skills
