Responsibilities
As manager for SNP Operations you will lead a group of 12 highly qualified and senior employees, and ensure management of back-end activities including the Swedish Waste Management company SKB. You will be leading technical evaluations of plant modifications for both BWR and PWR technology, as well as maintaining and developing the management system, risk management and crisis management.
Other tasks include portfolio analysis and optimization of our assets, driving Operational Excellence and Performance management at SNP and in its assets and monitor and impact the development of nuclear technology and its regulation.
You will also be responsible for: From a commercial and technical perspective the operations of our interests in OKG, Ringhals and Forsmark NPPs, supplying financial and technical input for the financial Medium Term Plan, challenging plans of our assets, operational reporting to Uniper Generation, task forces and investigations, technical and organizational safety of our assets.
You will be part of the Management Team of SNP and report directly to the Managing Director and be placed at the Uniper group Swedish headquarter in Malmö.
Qualifications
Master of Science or equivalent
Proven leadership skills and managerial experience on a high level
Long experience from nuclear power plants
Strong nuclear business acumen
High level of commercial awareness
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and spoken Swedish
