hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos SenseAir AB i Hudiksvall SenseAir is looking for an Operations Manager to run our Production, Sourcing/Supply, NPIE and Customer Service organizations. SenseAir designs and builds high precision, infrared gas sensors that require specialized calibration and optical construction techniques that enable our competitive edge of cost effective, high sensitivity products. Our production facility is high volume manufacturing site and the operations management team consist of 5 managers and operates with about 55 employees in production and support functions in Operation organization.
SenseAir is in the process of upgrading its manufacturing processes and increasing productivity and is seeking a senior Operations candidate that has the skills and proven track record to assist us in building a world class manufacturing facility. We are in an expansion phase, and seek experience to lead the organization in developing and executing strategic operation goals to meet our volume and price demands. We will face much higher requirements on our manufacturing as we enter the automotive industry and at the same time the Operations Manager needs to be a on hand and being able to speak to the operator on operators 'language'.
This candidate must have working knowledge and experience with TS 16949 standards and procedures, and must also be able to give guidance on implementing improvement methods, LEAN processes, 5 S and continue with PULS meetings to discuss challenges and scenarios that surface in their daily work. We also require experience in interfacing with multiple-functional groups including Engineering, Research, Marketing, Sales and Finance. This person must have a history of strong leadership, deep practical production knowledge and a proven track record for meeting excellence in manufacturing.
The following roles and responsibilities are outlined below, along with the applications work experience requirements.
Sourcing/Supply
• Lead the teams to create and implement a strong Sourcing and Supply strategy for SenseAir and work actively with our supplier base in EMS, Plastic, Cables and other commodities.
Production
• Experience from electronic production and component assemblies and preferable a global view of manufacturing operations.
New Product Introduction
• Must have experience working within the intersection of Engineering and production and understand the requirements needed for high quality producable products.
• Must understand the pass-off between engineering and production and provide recommendations to improve the interface. DFx processes and Design for manufacturing experience is highly desired.
Customer Service
• Strong communicate skills are highly desirable. This manager must communicate the Operations strategy, achievements, changes and clear expectations between the groups within Operations.
• Communicate progress, challenges and status with the CEO, CFO, CTO and possibly the board.
Requirements for Applicant:
• Ten + years of experience in a senior leadership position in Operations and Productions.
• Experienced in leading large organizations in change is preferred.
• Experience TS 16949, automotive quality systems with all industry standards APQP, qualifications and tests.
• Good interpersonal, communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Positive person who enjoys challenges, teaching, and developing an organization.
• Excellent Swedish and English skills in oral and written form is madatory.
