hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Prosharp AB i Sundsvall As the Operations Manager for ProSharp, you will work at both an operational and strategic level where you ensure continuous improvement of production in terms of safety, quality, productivity and cost. Your working days will be varied and fast-paced, where you have overall responsibility for personnel planning and work environment. The role includes various contacts with both customers and suppliers, working closely with cross functional business partners within our brands. You will have approximately 10 employees who report directly or indirectly to you. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of staff, including performance reviews. This is a full time position based at our office in Sundsvall.
What we are looking for
To succeed in the role, you need to feel at home in an entrepreneurial environment and like to take your own initiatives. As a person, you have a good strategic understanding and experience of analysis and financial follow-up.
As a leader, you are driven and goal-oriented, you create commitment and participation in the organization and you enjoy working close to the employees and the processes. You are good at communicating, have experience in production and can create and develop good relationships with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
You are a motivating manager who likes to lead and create results together with others.
Your qualifications
We would like you to have at least 7-10 years of experience from a similar role.
You have a university degree in a relevant field or other education and experience that we consider equivalent.
Substantial experience working with LEAN.
We believe that you have experience of successfully pursuing continuous improvement and are stimulated by pushing through improvements together with your group.
Experience with production systems.
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
Experience with labor relations.
