You will be based in Gothenburg, and work closely with your colleagues at Porfavores Sweden, as well as cooperating your work internationally.

You possess great organisational skills and are eager to share your knowledge and learnings with your team. You have the ability to build long-term relationships with new or existing clients. You love travelling and are flexible to work in different countries as the role may require. You have a University degree or equivalent and can speak and write both in English and Arabic fluently. We are not looking for someone qualified on papers only, we are searching for someone who wants to be a part of our team and internally believes in our product.
What is necessary to bring to the table:
• E-commerce background;
• 10+ years of management experience;
• Experience in Quality Control and Inspection;
• International work experience is highly desired ideally in the MENA region;
• Fluency of Arabic and English language is a must;
• Ability and flexibility to travel when needed to any country in the MENA region;
• History of creative problem solving;
• Process focused and detail oriented;
• Project management experience;
• Sharp communication skills; you're an active listener and you know how to convey your message clearly;
• Independent and self-driven;
• Has an international driver's license.
• Swedish language is not necessary as this role is mainly focusing on the MENA region.
As our MENA Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are:
• Manage Porfavores expansion plans by advising on strategies and traveling to MENA regions to setup offices;
• Analyze the MENA markets for potential clients and travel to meet with them;
• Support and supervise the team with incoming requirements internationally;
• Ensuring that the monthly update is delivered, whether independently or in collaboration with the team;
• Effectively plan, organize and prioritise the requirements of the business against required deadlines;
