The Operations Graduate Program (OGP) is one of Group Trucks Operations (GTO)'s big contributions to attract and develop the talents of tomorrow. Every year we launch an international 15 month program for a group of recently graduated and engaged people who have the mindset and capability to secure GTO's transformation journey.

Who are we?
You will be a member of the People and Organizational Development (POD) team, part of Global HR in GTO. We support the implementation of the People and Culture strategy through various activities in Talent and Competence Development, Engagement, Leadership & Organizational Development and more. The Operations Graduate Program is a specific delivery under talent management.
Your main responsibilities and activities
You manage the internal nomination process, the global employer branding activities, you guide local recruitment processes. You develop and execute Graduate Program activities that answer business competence needs, that develop graduates and that secure the long-term engagement of the former graduates.
You enable the best growth environment for our future specialists and leaders who will work with digital transformation, electromobility, automation, sustainability and more.
You coach graduates and managers through challenging situations during and after their program.
The main stakeholders you interact with are the GTO Executive Management Team, the GTO HR Management Team, leaders across operations, Volvo Group Graduate Program Network.
What will make you successful in this role?
Similar like a project manager, you structure and organize the yearly recurrent activities of the Operations Graduate Program(s). You prioritize the right activities for the simultaneously running programs based on business criticality. You communicate required deliverables to stakeholders.
You like to work autonomous to reach your mission.
You understand the importance of networking and the need for branding the Graduate Program everywhere you go.
You are motivated to work with Millennials and GenZ. You speak their language and understand what attracts and motivates them. You get positive energy to coach them and see them develop.
You support your colleagues in other POD-team deliveries.
You integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion during the different steps in the OGP-program.
Your entrepreneurial attitude, creative mind and courage empower you to continuously improve the program by introducing new ways of learning and development, use of modern technology, and digitalization.
You have great presentation and communication skills.
