During 15 intense and exciting months, the program will give you a holistic view of the Volvo Group's global truck manufacturing organization. You will get to know our different brands and their plants and learn about our logistics organizations and activities. You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end to end supply chain, aftermarket parts, and our remanufacturing operations.
In parallel, you will grow as a person, through individual and team development sessions. You will have a permanent position from day one, with a manager and mentor to support you. You will experience several "on-the-job" rotations and have the opportunity to work on real project assignments. In addition, you will join a number of learning modules where you get together with other program participants to take part in trainings and events designed to help you grow into your future career at the Volvo Group.

At the Group Trucks Operation Plant in Skövde we manufacture heavy duty engines for all Volvo Group applications. Guided by the Continuous Improvement, the engine plant provides a modern, quiet and pleasant working environment. Customer Satisfaction is our priority, and we aim at being a key player in the Volvo Group.
This is us, your new team:
The HR department in Skövde consists of HR Business Partners, Competence Business Partners and Competence coordinators. Together we provide support to managers and organization within the areas of Health and Safety, Leadership and Talent, Employer Branding, Competence development and Workforce Management.
Main activities and responsibilities:
In Powertrain Production Skövde we are facing a lot of new challenges in our organization due to technology development, digitalization and thereby a competence shift.
To be able to stay ahead and prepare ourselves we need to make sure we have the competence to adapt to digitalization and to make sure we have correct data to see trends, prioritize and make decisions for the present and the future.
The technology development that we are right in the middle of is affecting the way of working for all of our employees. The interaction between humans and technology is therefore very important. Part of your responsibilities will be to:
Compile relevant data and make analysis as base for decision making in relevant HR processes
Secure data quality together with local organization
Contribute in the headcount forecasting and reporting process together with business control
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A BSc or MSc in computer science, business analytics, business management, human resources or other similar fields of study.
Maximum two years of previous working experience, prior to or after graduation.
Good Swedish skills and solid English skills.
We believe you have solid analytical skills.
You have a great interest in digital development.
Have a customer focus, integrity and a holistic view.
Your drive for continuous improvements and solving problems are part of your personality.
You are a team player with excellent social skills.
Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
